Our History - Eclipse Jewel Store
Eclipse Jewel Store was born in 2023 in Lucca from the union of two young artisans, Lorenzo Calugi and Niccolò Cellerini, united by a deep passion for the art of silversmithing and the beauty of handmade jewelry. Both of them grew up in the world of Tuscan craftsmanship, and decided to combine their experience and talent to create a project that celebrates the excellence of silver craftsmanship.
Each Eclipse piece of jewelry is made entirely by hand, using traditional goldsmithing techniques passed down through generations. Lorenzo and Niccolò, backed by years of experience in the industry, personally oversee each stage of the creative process, from conception to finished product, to ensure unique pieces with unmistakable character.
The name “Eclipse” is a choice that encompasses several meanings. The moon, which has always symbolized silver, reflects our main raw material, while the eclipse, with its fascinating play of light and shadow, represents our unique style, characterized by burnished jewelry that enhances the contrasts between light and dark. In addition, the name is a tribute to music, a source of inspiration for Lorenzo and Niccolò, in particular the songs “Eclipse” and “Brain Damage” by Pink Floyd and Gemitaiz's album Eclipse, which perfectly reflect the idea of balance between light and darkness that permeates each of our creations.
Our workshop in Lucca is the beating heart of the brand, where every single piece takes shape thanks to the dedication and skill of the two artisans. We use only high-quality silver, crafted with precision and respect for tradition, ensuring creations that will last and reflect our passion for detail.
